Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Nichetel (the "Service"), operated by ATLAS LEARNING HOLDINGS LIMITED ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a report, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ATLAS LEARNING HOLDINGS LIMITED. We may update them; we'll notify registered users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect, and the updated Terms apply from that date.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Reports are written for professional use; if you're buying on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account. Tell us at support@nichetel.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.

4. What you're buying: the licence

When you buy a report, we grant you a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access, download, read, and print that report for your own use and the internal use of your organisation (up to ten named seats within one legal entity). You may quote short passages with attribution; you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post the report or substantial extracts.
  • Use the report to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models.
  • Remove or alter authorship, copyright, or version markings.
  • Permit access by automated systems (scrapers, bots, crawlers) other than search engines crawling public preview pages.

5. Payment, currency, and taxes

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may pay in EUR, USD, or GBP at European Central Bank reference rates updated daily. Prices shown include VAT or equivalent local sales tax where we're required to charge it; otherwise prices are net and you're responsible for any taxes due in your jurisdiction.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window where you haven't downloaded the PDF and haven't opened the in-app reader. The full Refund Policy covers bundles, Intel Pass cancellations, partial refunds, chargebacks, and the escalation process.

7. Editorial standards and limits of advice

Reports are research. They're not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or medical advice. Reports in our Tier 3 (Governance & risk) category carry a standing disclaimer: "This is not legal advice." You make your own decisions based on your own circumstances and, where appropriate, your own advisors.

8. Intellectual property

All Nichetel content (reports, site copy, brand marks, methodology, visual treatment) is owned by ATLAS LEARNING HOLDINGS LIMITED or licensed to us. Your licence to read a report does not transfer ownership. Pre-existing rights you bring (e.g. quotes you submit through the contact form) remain yours.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape report content.

10. Termination

You may close your account anytime from your workspace settings. We may terminate or suspend an account that breaches these Terms; library access ends with termination, except where we've already issued downloadable PDFs (those copies remain yours under the licence above).

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLAS LEARNING HOLDINGS LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that can't be excluded by law.

12. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of United Kingdom, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Registered users get email notice at least 14 days before the update takes effect; the prior version remains accessible at https://nichetel.com/terms/archive for one year.
