This is page one of the report, as it appears inside.

Automate the routing and evidence gathering around an exception before automating the accounting correction. A useful queue tells a reviewer what differs, what evidence is available and who can resolve it. It does not treat every suspicious match as an error. Begin with one repeatable class, such as possible duplicate statement lines, and keep posting or deletion under a named reviewer's control. Capture the exception's client, period, account, amount, originating check and supporting record. Assign a category: missing input, duplicate candidate, timing difference, unexplained balance or reviewer judgement. Give each item an owner and next review date. Record the proposed explanation separately from the approved treatment. Close the item only after the correction or explanation is evidenced and the relevant check rerun. Reopening must retain the first explanation so the team can see why it failed.

Do not buy a general AI assistant merely to replace a reconciliation report you already use. Improve how exceptions are owned and resolved first.
