The summary,
free to read

This is page one of the report, as it appears inside.

Make an exit rehearsal part of renewal. An export button does not prove that another system can reconstruct relationships, attachments, permissions or history. Select a small representative dataset, export it through the documented route and ask a person unfamiliar with the original system to reconstruct a complete case. Record every manual repair. Inventory record types, owners and dependent integrations. Define a reconstruction checklist before exporting. Export a representative sample, keep the original unchanged and record the export date, format and access needed. Rebuild the sample in a controlled destination. Compare counts and relationships, then open the underlying files. Only after this test should the team estimate the effort and scheduling of a full move.

Do not cancel the existing system until the reconstruction test passes and the team has a usable rollback plan.
