This is page one of the report, as it appears inside.

Start with a job inventory, not a list of AI brands. Name the work that fails today, the employee who owns it and the exact missing capability. Then inspect the software already paid for against that requirement. A feature may exist but be disabled, restricted by role or included only in another plan. Those are different problems with different costs. Choose one workflow and describe its input, expected output and exception cases. Ask the software owner to demonstrate the relevant feature in your actual account. Record available, unavailable and untested separately. Check who can configure it and who can use it. Run the same small set of cases through the current method and the proposed configuration before paying for another tool.

If an existing feature passes the meaningful cases, document and use it before expanding the subscription list.
