Start with the decision

Which agreed acceptance criteria still lack recorded confirmation?

Freelancers handing a defined deliverable to a client reviewer.

From input to next step.

  1. 01

    Start with agreed criteria

Copy the relevant requirement into a concise check. Keep the original scope reference and identify the exact version being reviewed.

  2. 02

    Record review evidence

Ask the authorised reviewer to mark each check accepted or requiring correction. Link evidence rather than storing confidential material in the worksheet.

  3. 03

    Close outstanding checks

Resolve or agree the disposition of each open criterion. Keep new requests in a separate change record and retain the review evidence.

Before you use the result.

  • Acceptance must come from an authorised reviewer.
  • A delivered file is not automatically accepted.
  • Do not convert silence into contractual acceptance.

An operational review record; it does not define legal acceptance or waive contractual rights.
