Start with the decision

Which proposed variations still lack a unique reference or complete definition?

Small sellers preparing a product with multiple options.

From input to next step.

  1. 01

    Define the attributes

Choose the options that make a genuinely different item, such as size or material. Avoid duplicating one variation under different display names.

  2. 02

    Assign the reference

Use your existing SKU convention and check it in the actual stock or listing system. Record whether that uniqueness check is complete.

  3. 03

    Confirm before launch

Check specification, imagery and initial quantity for each variation. Keep unavailable or unconfirmed options out of the live offer until resolved.

Before you use the result.

  • This file does not synchronise stock.
  • A typed SKU is not proof it is unique.
  • Do not publish unavailable variations as in stock.

A manual variation map; it does not generate barcodes, validate marketplace identifiers or reserve inventory.

All questions →
Can I buy a product today?

Not yet. The catalogue is open for previews while payment setup and final editorial review are completed. There is no charge, paid reservation or order at this stage.

Do I have to subscribe or buy credits?

No. The planned shop sells each product separately for a one-off price. You will not need a membership, a bundle or a credit balance.

What will I receive?

Each product includes a PDF guide, an editable Excel workbook, a fictional worked example, a blank worksheet with 50 prepared rows and a decision log. Working kits also include an implementation plan and an adaptable message. The exact file list is on each product page.

What software do I need?

A PDF reader and spreadsheet software that supports standard .xlsx formulas. The workbooks contain no macros or external data connections. Formula results depend on your inputs and your spreadsheet software recalculating them. No paid AI account is required.
